1. Send your request
Choose a package and request it from your account, or tell us your plans. Add each traveler with the name exactly as in the passport.
2. Upload documents
Upload passport copies and any other documents in your account. Files are stored privately and are only seen by the staff who need them. You see the result of our check for each document.
3. We review — and so does the operator
Our team checks the details, documents and price with you. The Umrah operator handling the trip then reviews the booking. If anything is missing we tell you in your account.
4. Approve and pay
Only an approved booking can be paid. You see the amount and how to pay in your account, and a receipt for every payment we record.
Good to know
- No payment is taken before your booking has been approved.
- When we say a document was "checked by our team", that is our own internal check — not a visa, government or airline approval. Visa decisions are made by the Saudi authorities.
